I personally prefer trying different healthy and tasty breakfast recipes from time to time, today i share with you some great avocados combo that is full of healthy fats and other nutrients. Thankfully I have funded this great recipes idea.
The first recipe is the “Avocado Cheese Roll-Ups”, loaded with flavor this recipe is just so tasty. This recipe makes at least 6 servings, depending on how much you eat. You can also store it and eat it for a snack. To prepare it we will need: Cream cheese, 1 avocado sliced, 1/4 chopped onion, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 large tortillas. Now in a bowl, combine the cream cheese, avocado, green onion, cumin and lemon juice. Mix it well until combined. Spread the mixture on top of the two large tortillas and roll up. Cut in slices and place on a plate. Refrigerate the roll ups, so you can enjoy it when you want.
The next recipe is an “Egg -Avocado Salad”, this is a simple, easy recipe to prepare. Everyone enjoy it and it’s really healthy. This recipe will make two large sandwiches for you, to prepare it we just need 4 eggs (boiled and chopped), 1 mashed avocado, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 6 chopped onions, 1tsp. salt, 1tsp. lemon juice and of course you can add hot sauce if desired. Now just combine your ingredients in a large bowl. Mix it until well combined, then serve over wheat bread or toast, enjoy!
Finally I simple and easy to prepare Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwiches that I tried after reading about it. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 6 slices whole-grain bread, toasted 4 large leaves lettuce, 1 large ripped tomato, 1 sliced peeled avocado, 12 of thin slices cucumber, 4 slices reduced-fat, reduced sodium and fat-free cheese. For the preparation spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Layer 3 slices with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of peeled avocado, 3 slices cucumber, and 1 slice of cheese then you can top it with the remaining bread slices, and enjoy your breakfast.
