3 Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Kids

Today I’m sharing with you some morning breakfast recipes to try for your kids, this first one is for basic Eggy-bread fingers.

Presented with some fruits and also with natural yogurt, they make a healthy yet delicious breakfast or snack for your kids. They will enjoy eating this tasty recipe, you can also let you kids help you while preparing it, it’s easy and they will love it for sure. To prepare it, for the Ingredients we will need a 1 large egg, 1 Tbsp. milk, 2 slices of bread, 1 tsp. of butter. Now just break the egg into a bowl and discard the shell. After you have to add the milk and whisk them both together until blended. Take the bread and cut each slice of it into thick fingers. Put the bread into our egg mixture and turn the bread on both sides. Now take your pan and heat the butter until bubbling. Now all you will have to do is to add the bread fingers you prepared to the pan and cook until it becomes golden brown on both sides, turning with a spatula halfway through the cooking. Serve immediately, with fruits and natural yogurt on the side it’s really delicious, enjoy!

The next recipe that I want to propose to prepare for your kids is prosciutto and egg Panini, for the ingredients we will need 8 large eggs, just a little of salt ,2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 4 soft rolls, halved lengthwise 8 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced and 8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced. It all that you need to prepare it.

For the last proposition, I want to share with you a Smoothie recipe kids will love it for sure, to prepare it we need for ingredients 2 cups of frozen raspberries or blueberries, 2 bananas 1/2 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. chia seeds for more taste its just an option you can add cocoa, 1/2 cup of milk for serving and Toasted coconut flakes, for serving. Now, in a blender, puree all your berries, bananas, yogurt, chia seeds (or cocoa) and milk until smooth. Divide between the bowls and top it with toasted coconut it’s really delicious.
